(Please pay $42 for membership to cover the transaction cost
if you are using a credit card.)

 Prospective new members are required to attend a Spiritualist Philosophy Class
and to fill out the Membership Application.

Fill in the amount of your donation. Kindly use the "message to seller" at the bottom of the form to note what your donation is for - e.g. Membership dues , In memory of someone, Building fund, general or special donation, etc.
