Learn to use self-hypnosis to overcome disease, physical pain, stress, and depression in this enjoyable upbeat workshop. People from all walks of life will enjoy discovering how easy it is to use these safe and effective procedures. As an added bonus to those attending this program at SCoS, tips for using self-hypnosis to increase your intuition and connection to Spirit will also be included.
